What This Site Collects

This website collects information only when you choose to send it through one of the forms: the commercial inquiry form on the contact page, or the advertiser and host forms on the Community Boards page. Those forms ask for your name, organization, contact details, a description of what you are working on, timing, and, optionally, an anticipated investment range and how you heard about us.

How It Is Used

The information is used to respond to your inquiry and to work out whether an engagement is a good fit. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing, and it is not added to a mailing list.

Where It Goes

Commercial inquiries reach Katie@BelisCommunications.com. Community Board inquiries reach Scott@BelisCommunications.com. Mail is hosted on Google Workspace. Form submissions are delivered by the service hosting this website.

How Long It Is Kept

Inquiries are retained as ordinary business correspondence. You may ask to have yours deleted at any time by writing to Katie@BelisCommunications.com.

Client Confidentiality

Client work is confidential by default. Client names, materials, data, and results are not published without permission. The client work shown on this site is published with the client’s agreement.

Cookies and Tracking

This site sets no cookies of any kind and runs no analytics. It makes no requests to third parties: typefaces, images, and scripts are all served from this site’s own domain. Because nothing is stored on your device and nothing is shared with an advertising network, there is no cookie consent banner to accept.

The company hosting this website keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. Those logs are not used to build a profile of you.
